SEEN (https://seenreflection.com) is operated by Navorien. This policy explains what we collect when you use SEEN, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built SEEN to feel private by default.

What we collect

  • Your answers. The questions you choose to answer and the words you write. These are used to write your reflection.
  • Your first name. If you provide it, we use it to personalize your reflection. A name is not required for the free preview.
  • Email address. If you ask us to email you a link to your reflection, we collect the address you provide so we can send it.
  • Payment information. If you purchase your full SEEN, payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
  • Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure may log standard information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this only to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use your information

  • To create your free preview and, if you choose, your full reflection.
  • To deliver your reflection by private link or email when you request it.
  • To process your one-time purchase and confirm payment.
  • To respond if you contact us for help.
  • To keep the service secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your answers to train public models or share them for advertising.

How your reflection is shared

Your reflection is private unless you choose to share it. If you use a share link, only people with that link can view what you shared. You are responsible for who you send a link to.

The free preview includes one written section. The full experience includes seven sections, an optional friendship note, a private PDF booklet, and a spoken ending — all created from what you tell us.

How long we keep information

We keep your answers and reflection for as long as needed to provide the service and so you can return to a link we sent you. If you would like your data removed, contact us and we will delete what we reasonably can, subject to any records we must keep for legal or payment purposes.

Children

SEEN is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the service, please contact us.

Your choices

  • You can use the free preview without creating an account.
  • You can contact us to request access to or deletion of your data.
  • You can stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make meaningful changes, we will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
